Channel Islands High School and Oxnard Union High School District provide students with a variety of opportunities for academic intervention and supports that include on-site tutoring by classroom teachers during lunch, before, and after school as well as 24/7 online support through Pear Deck Tutor.

Pear Deck Tutor (formerly TutorMe) provides online tutoring services 24/7 for all Oxnard Union students. Students can get help from a live tutor in just about any subject. They can also get feedback on their writing within 12 hours. Sign in today to take advantage of this great opportunity.
Oxnard Union High School District has implemented a wonderful program for our students called Saturday Enrichment Academy!
Saturday Enrichment Academy provides tutoring and targeted academic support for all students in their core subjects; English, Math, Science, and Social Science. This is a great opportunity for students to receive extra academic support from their teachers, make up missing assignments, study for tests, and work on class projects. Students who attend one full Saturday will also have one day of absence cleared.
The Program runs from 8:30 a.m-12:45p.m. Students should arrive on time and are expected to cooperate and follow all regular school rules including dress code. Transportation will not be provided. Please make arrangements to pick up students no later than 12:45 p.m.
