Also a big thanks to all our clubs and PFSO that sold food and drinks. The food was delicious!!

Huge thanks to Angela Fernandez, Mujdge Pidduck for being part of the BTSN/OHN committee and your planning, and Lita Hernandez for all the copies.

Thanks to our ASB and CSF students that helped us to ensure programs were handed out and our families knew where to go.

Teacher Corner

A big CONGRATULATIONS to our first Raider ROCKstar, Mrs. Elise Harrell!!!  Mrs. Harrell had multiple nominations!

“Elise is always working for others- whether it’s her colleagues or students. She puts an enormous amount of thought into her work, makes lessons engaging (for staff and students), creates helpful tips and tutorials, and faces challenges with a positive attitude.”

This past Friday CI Cross Country hosted the 6th annual Raider Invitational at College Park.  Out of 19 schools CI Varsity girls and Boy’s placed 4th led by Maria Texis who placed 6th and Marisol Munoz 21st.  Boys Varsity was led by Isiaha Slagboom 5th and Bryan Navarrete 10th.   In the Boy’s Frosh/Soph race our top finisher was sophomore Gabriel Contreras who placed 5th and Alexander Alvarez 12th overall. Sophomore, Delaney Scales placed 23rd overall in the Girl’s Frosh/Soph.  Delaney is a newcomer to Cross Country, she was discovered while she took our summer weight training class and has been making huge improvements. In the last race the Boy’s JV team placed 2nd led by Joan Ramirez who placed 7th sand Carla Rueda Osorto 8th in the Girl’s JV race.  We’d like to thank all who helped that day as course monitors and  overall safety:  Girl’s Soccer, Jonathan Lee (AT), CI Track, Mr Prum, campus supervisors, and our Admin staff .  Thank you!!
